  My installation was of poor quality (gaps along edges, loose carpet, etc). Additionally, damage was done to my house during the installation. They were unable to finish the installation in one day due to them having insufficient material and as a result of them tearing the carpet during the installation. The Company was difficult to deal with in addressing my concerns and I felt like they did not value me as a customer. I regret hiring this company.
