  We contacted Ingram roofing to repair our sun room roof. In the winter the snow would build up and form an ice damn and then leak down the side windows. Thought the flashing needed to be secured or some such thing. Ingram roofing wound up replacing the entire window roof. After the replacement was completed and thousands of dollars later, it would leak in the middle of the room whenever it rained. It never leaked when it rained before. Getting them back was a challenge but they came back several times to try to repair and finally wouldn't return my calls and it still leaks when it rains. While Jeremy is a nice man, if you don't respond on a timely basis or at all and don't fix the problem, it doesn't say much for Ingram Roofing.
