  A certified mail for a business that had time sensitive content and that was supposed to be delivered directly to a business individual was carelessly left in the mail box. To top it off, the mail man has lied by updating his tracking information that it was handed to an individual. I think they don't want to get out of their truck to walk to the individual offices, but drop off stuff in the mailboxes on the roadside.
