  Tom is a good agent, excellent and prompt service. I have been with State farm for 8 years, seven of them in Virginia and 1 in Michigan.
  My only comment is that he doesn't hire the best candidates may be he ( Nathan Wright) was just new to the industry or in need for further training. That being said, I switched to AAA for better coverage and lower rate, because Nathan Wright was not able to match same coverage offered by AAA for same premium. He was trying to convince me that the longer i stay with them the better rate i will get, which contradicts with not being able to match AAA offer. Also after cancellation of my policy Nathan claimed that he can not provide me with the coverage details I had last with state farm
