    Excellent Service. Nowadays it is not only difficult to find a good mechanic, but a good mechanic that one can trust as well. Rochester Auto Repair is privately owned and managed by Jay Karmo, an experienced, friendly mechanic who was a pleasure to deal with when I brought my vehicle to him for repairs. His services were superb and competitively priced to neighboring shops. He checked all aspects of my vehicle for safety and optimal performance, even though that wasn’t the primary reason for my visit that day. Importantly, he allowed me to follow him in his shop and showed me areas of concerns that he had with my vehicle and advised me of potential problems without hassling me to have them repaired immediately, like so many other mechanics are accustomed to doing. Individuals as naïve as I have often been taken advantage of by mechanics and it felt great to feel that Jay was being sincere in his dealings with me.
