  The staff was very disrespectful. I took my little sister there and they immediately spoke to us in a condescending manner as soon as we walked in. We were told to sit down and then we were ignored for a long while until I went up to the desk and asked them for the paperwork we had to sign. (A lot of our time was already wasted by this time). I told them how they shouldn't be rude to patients and that they shouldn't ignore them. Then they let their newly hired trainee talk down to us, denying that they were ever rude. They blamed the situation on us, saying that we should've went up to the desk in the first place (even though we were told to sit).
  
  We left and went to Shelby Urgent Care instead and the staff there was very kind, attentive, and efficient. The service was very quick! I recommend going there instead of this dump!

  The doctor didn’t even examine me. Just stood in the doorway and told me what she thinks is wrong. Went to another clinc and was diganosed with something else less serious. I believe there was some HIPAA laws broken here.
