  Always had good experience before with this dealer either purchasing/leasing my A6 or servicing the car, but not this time - very disappointed. I recently had my car serviced here and also had a loaner vehicle (a black A3). I gave my friend a ride with this loaner, and unfortunately he left his car key and his sun glasses in the car when I dropped him off. So I called the dealer to find out if I could go pick up my friend's stuffs within the same day because my friend would not be able to drive back home without his car key. John on the phone kept telling me that the service department was closed (the service department closes at 2pm on Saturdays) as well as that he was unable to locate the loaner (the black A3), and he also claimed that the A3 might be loaned to someone else and would not be back until Monday, the earliest. Me and my friend decided to go to the dealer and see who else might be able to help us because we were really in an emergency.
  
  When we just got there, we saw the black A3 parking right outside the building in a very obvious location - yes, that WAS my loaner that John claimed that he was "unable" to locate. After we parked, we looked around the A3 and made sure it was the one that we were looking for. Then we went inside the showroom and asked the lady at the reception desk for help. She made a couple of phone calls to locate the key and helped us out, which we really appreciated, although we could tell she was a little upset.
  
  I always had my car serviced here because of the great experience purchasing my car and doing service here, but may be the last time I visit this dealer. May consider other Audi dealers to do service as well as to get my next Audi.

  I recently leased my second A4 from Audi of Rochester Hills. I don't make any large purchases lightly, and like to do a tremendous amount of research and due diligence. I called and/or visited every Audi dealer in South Eastern Michigan before deciding to lease from the Rochester dealer. I'll preface this by saying I am a HUGE pain in the rear to deal with as a customer. I am very demanding, and persistent in my efforts to get the best deal. I beat up the poor sales guy, Giuseppe, for almost 2 months. Never once did he lose patience, and he was always on top of anything that i demanded if him. I cannot say the same about the other dealers in the area. All said and done, I feel like i got a fantastic deal on the car, and was treated with patience and respect while doing so. Sometimes its the little things that matter, like receiving a thank you card from the dealership after my purchase, periodic phone calls to ask if i have any questions about features in the car, the service department rep Steve remembering my name even though i haven't had a need to see him for a year, and being invited to customer appreciation events. Giuseppe even drove out to my office to troubleshoot my Audi Connect phone application when it wasn't connecting to my car. Whether you're a repeat Audi buyer, or just a first time Audi browser, make sure you go to Audi of Rochester Hills and see Giuseppe Filippone, you won't be disappointed.
