  They are very polite and friendly but the reality is they are ripping you off. The Pennzoil service that I usually do for ~21$, they charged me an extra 16$ on top of that, "for being very nice to me!!!". I'd recommend try other Pennzoil and see the price difference for yourself. They even told me that the other Pennzoil don't change the filter which is bull crap. Don't be fooled by these nice cunning oil changer.
